Lebanese religious leaders met on Wednesday, February 1, at the Maronite Church headquarters in Bkerke to discuss the delayed Lebanese presidential election. The meeting had been conceived by His Holiness Aram I and His Beatitude Patriarch Mar Bechara Boutros Rai in Antelias a week before.
Catholicos Aram I was represented by Archbishop Shahe Panossian, Prelate of Lebanon, and Bishop Mesrob Sarkissian, Prelate of the UAE, Qatar, and neighboring countries.
