HOLY WEEK AT STS. VARTANANTZ IN PROVIDENCE

The parish of Sts. Vartanantz Church in Providence, Rhode Island, gathered in devotion for Palm Sunday and Holy Week, including the Opening of the Portals service, with Armand Kibarian serving as godfather;

Holy Thursday, with the participation of His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan, Prelate;

Easter Eve; and the Feast of the Holy Resurrection.

On Holy Saturday morning, the students of the Mourad Armenian Saturday School and the church’s young children received Holy Communion, followed by a breakfast reception.
