The Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia recently participated in the meeting of the Commission on World Mission and Evangelism (CWME) of the World Council of Churches. The meeting, which originally was to take place in Cuba, was held online because of the pandemic.
Vanna Kitsinian attended the meeting for the Holy See of Cilicia, which she has represented as a commissioner in the CWME since 2013. The Commission reflected on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its lessons for organization and the church.
In addition to her contributions to the general agenda, Ms. Kitsinian moderated one of the working groups. In one of the meetings she also shared a reflection on the Bible reading of the day.
