Sts. Vartanantz Church Sunday School in Providence held its graduation ceremony last Sunday, May 23, following the Divine Liturgy.
The school year had begun with much uncertainty in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Yet in the face of daunting challenges, teachers and staff crowned these efforts with success, with the help of parents devoted to making Sunday School a part of their children’s life.
Each Sunday, more than 30 students participated in the school’s Zoom class. It was refreshing after a long week to be welcomed on Sunday mornings with their smiling faces eagerly awaiting the start of class.
