The Prelacy’s Orphan Sponsorship program, established in 1993, remains the centerpiece of the Prelacy’s mission in Armenia and Artsakh. We are pleased to share some of the letters that children regularly address to their sponsors.
This week’s letter is from Mané,* who is sponsored by Alex and Linda Grinewicz.
* We use only the first names of the children to protect their privacy.
Dear Sponsor,
This is Mané ___. I am the daughter of the fallen hero Garen ____. I am in 2nd grade in school. I do not participate in any afterschool program’s classes.
I want to become a soldier and continue my father’s legacy. I want all the children to grow up in unbroken families.
