Letters from Armenia

Levon – 01/11/24

This letter is from Levon,* who is sponsored by Mr. And Mrs. Ash Toumayants.

Dear Sponsor,

I am the mother of Levon, and I am writing in his stead because he is still little and cannot do it himself.

We are formerly from the village of Zuar in Artsakh’s Shahoumian region. During the war, our village was occupied by the enemy, and we had to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.

Levon’s father died during the 44-Day War, and Levon never had the opportunity to see his father because he was born after his father’s death. However, he remembers his father by photographs and our frequent visits to the Yerablur military pantheon. Levon always says that we are taking flowers to his father. He is almost three years old, and he has already started going to kindergarten. Levon has a sister and a brother.

Thank you for being at our side and for supporting us.
