The Religious and Executive Councils of the Eastern Prelacy have appointed Very Rev. Fr. Boghos Tinkjian Pastor of St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Next Sunday, April 28, His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan, Prelate, will present Fr. Boghos to the community and the newly appointed pastor will celebrate his first Divine Liturgy.
The Religious Council appreciates the dedication of Archpriest Fr. Nerses Manoogian, who came out of his retirement to take up the position of Acting Pastor from January to April 2024.
All Saints Church of Glenview, Illinois, has welcomed the appointment of Rev. Fr. Samuel Ajemian as new Pastor to replace Very Rev. Fr. Boghos Tinkjian, who was Pastor from February 2022 to April 2024. Rev. Fr. Samuel, who already celebrated his first Divine Liturgy on April 14, was Pastor of St. Stephen’s Church in New Britain, Connecticut, from October 2022 to March 2024.
