This is Liya, daughter of hero Lt. Colonel Hovhannes. I go to school –I just started 6th grade. I very much love to read. My favorite story is “Meeting of Mice.” I also like to watch programs about the world. I dream about seeing Paris one day.
Thanks to my father’s job, we have lived in almost all the regions of Armenia, but my favorite one is the region of Tavoush, and especially the city of Ijevan, where I went to 1st grade in school. There, it was the last time that our family was all together.
Every time we visit Ijevan, we go to my father’s military division where his memorial stone is located.
