Dear Sponsor,
This is Areg. I am the son of fallen hero Armen, killed in the Four Day War of April 2016.
I am a 9th grade student at Sisian’s public school #2. I am writing to you with deep respect and gratitude. I would like to tell you a little about myself.
I like sports and science. My favorite subjects are math, Russian, Armenian, and Physics, but my favorite pastime is robotics, and I want to tell you about it. It’s been about a year since I started going to ArmathAirborn Educational Center in Sisian, where we learn how to build drone models and operate them, as well as digital 3D technologies of modeling and programming. In this center, technical knowledge and patriotism go hand in hand: they raise future engineers and defenders of our country.
I will put the knowledge I gain through my studies to good use, because Armenia is me, my country will stand thanks to my efforts, and I am her future, her builder, and her defender.
It is not true that time heals – it doesn’t heal anything. My wound still hurts and it’s open; a person cannot forget what he lived through. I can only make it feel better by avenging my father and defending my country.
I am very grateful to people like you, because you have a lot of input in helping us overcome the difficulties.
