EASTERN PRELACY CONCLUDES FALL VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM ON THE NICENE CREED

On Wednesday, December 18, the Eastern Prelacy concluded its fall virtual educational program on The Nicene Creed (Havadamk). Led by Deacon Shant Kazanjian, Director of Christian Education for the Eastern Prelacy, the program ran from October 2 through December 18, with sessions held on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, followed by a Q&A and discussion. Approximately 130 people participated, with weekly attendance ranging from 50 to 95 participants. Dn. Shant provided an in-depth scriptural commentary on the Nicene Creed line by line, highlighting its historical and theological context and offering participants a richer understanding of the Church’s foundational confession of faith.  

The next program, a six-part Bible study for adults, is planned for January-February 2025.
