PRELATE ORDAINS DEACONS IN DEARBORN, MI

His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan Tanielian, Prelate, ordained  Subdeacons Yervant Bedikian and Raffi Kuredjian to the diaconate on Sunday, Oct. 10, following Divine Liturgy at St. Sarkis Church of Dearborn, MI. Rev. Fr. Hrant Kevorkian, Pastor of St. Sarkis, was their sponsor. In his message following the ceremony, the Prelate praised this ordination as a higher order expression of permanent service to the Church within and without, as well as a reflection of selfless devotion to all our community organiztions. Archbishop Anoushavan expressed his wish that the newly ordained deacons will become examples to follow in community life.
