Hamasdegh School (Bethesda) MD held the graduation ceremony of the classes of 2020 and 2021 on Sunday, Oct. 17, a widely expected event following its cancellation last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Keynote speaker Elizabeth Chouldjian delivered an inspiring message to the graduates, urging them to become the Hamasdeghs of the future. The school also held the kindergarten graduation ceremony.
School principal Janet Peltekian presented commemorative gifts to 8th grade teacher Lena Tatarian-Damirjian for her 24 years of service and to 7-th grade teacher Shoghig Tatarian-Agilian, for her decade at the school.
