The Prelacy’s Christian Education Department held its third monthly session of an 8-part virtual Sunday School teacher training program on Monday, December 6, from 7:30 to 9:00 pm, with the participation of 20 teachers and directors. Very Rev. Fr. Sahag Yemishian, Vicar of the Eastern Prelacy, opened the session with a prayer.
Rev. Fr. Torkom Chorbajian, pastor of Holy Trinity Armenian Church of Worcester, Massachusetts, presented the Sacraments of the Armenian Church, highlighting scriptural, liturgical, and historical elements for each of the seven sacraments, interspersed with Q & A.
Next month, Nevair Oranjian Babajanyan will continue her lecture series on enhancing pedagogical skills focusing on Lesson Planning, on Monday, January 10, 2022.
