Dr. Vartan Matiossian, Executive Director of the Prelacy, gave a lecture on Monday, April 18, at the Zohrab Center (Eastern Diocese), drawing upon his recently published book, The Politics of Naming the Armenian Genocide. Following an introduction by Dr. Jesse Arlen, Director of the Zohrab Center, Dr. Matiossian shared insights on his research, including newly found details. The talk, which was well-received by the audience, generated interesting highlights during the Q & A session.
Dr. Matiossian will present his book at St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in Philadelphia on Sunday, April 24, at 3:00 pm, in an event organized by the Armenian Inter-Communial Committee of Philadelphia, with the participation of students from the Armenian Sisters Academy.
