The Eastern Prelacy is blessed to welcome the Holy Muron, newly consecrated by His Holiness Aram I on July 1 in Antelias (Lebanon). Originally, the Holy Muron was consecrated by St. Gregory the Illuminator and since then it has been mixed with the newly prepared Muron every seven years. In 1955 the Holy Muron of the Holy See of Echmiadzin and the Holy See of Cilicia was mixed, solidifying the oneness of both Holy Sees.
The Holy Muron will be welcomed at all Prelacy churches and Blessing of Water will be held by His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan, Prelate.
