BIG FAMILY CAMP ENDED IN ARMENIA

The annual Big Family summer camp for orphans took place in Armenia for the twelfth time, A total of 140 children aged 12-16 and 20 counselors participated in the two sessions held from July 20-28 and July 29-August 7. The initiative was conceived and has been spearheaded  by Archpriest Fr. Aram Stepanian, Pastor Emeritus of St. Stephen’s Church (New Britain, Connecticut) since its inception. The camp program introduces the youth to lessons about the Bible, the Sacraments, and the history of the Church, combined with art and craft, games, songs, and performances. This year, 18 children and 2 parents were baptized too.
