Dear Sponsor,
This is Astghik. I was born on April 9, 2009. I go to Yerevan’s Vocation Medical School’s Division of Obstetrics. I am doing everything to achieve my father’s dream. I remember when I was little and was playing with my medical toys, my father would always tell me stories about doctors and their importance in our lives. My hero father used to tell me that I must be an excellent student to become a doctor. My father is not with me anymore, but I will do my best to go step by step towards everything he dreamed of for me, so that he looks at me from heaven with pride.
After graduating from vocational school, I plan to continue my education in a university, and I think that I will succeed in everything.
I thank you, dear Sponsor, for being at our side. Every time I write to you, I remember that day on September 27th and my father was supposed to leave for a mission in Germany in a couple of days, but the war started and he never got to bring me a doctor’s uniform from Germany, as he promised, but instead he went to defend our country without a second thought.
There are so many memories about my father, but I cannot write about them all now.
