WHITINSVILLE AND WORCESTER COMMUNITIES COMMEMORATE THE 110th ANNIVERSARY OF THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

On April 24, members of the Church of Our Savior, Holy Trinity Church and Church of the Martyrs joined Soorp Asdvadzadzin Church to commemorate the 110th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide with a prayer service which began at the Khachkar with a procession let by the clergy into the sanctuary.

Following the service, Very Rev. Fr. Ardag Arabian, Pastor of Holy Trinity Church delivered a very powerful and moving message. The service concluded with the singing of “Der Voghormia” and everyone was invited to the church hall for a light meal which was prepared by the ladies of the Worcester and Whitinsville communities, and fellowship.
