CENTERING PRAYER WORKSHOP IN PHILADELPHIA

On Saturday, May 10, under the auspices of the Eastern Prelacy, St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in Philadelphia held its first Centering Prayer workshop. The day started with a morning service in the Sanctuary, followed by the workshop in Terhanian Hall. 

In his opening remarks, V. Rev. Fr. Boghos Tinkjian, Pastor, introduced the topic and the nature of it, and presented Deacon Garo Nokhoudian, the guest speaker, who started to present the topic through a couple of lectures, followed by Centering Prayer sessions. A lively Q&A session ensued.
