“THE APOSTOLICITY OF THE ARMENIAN CHURCH,” A LECTURE SERIES BY ARCHDEACON GEORGE LEYLEKIAN

On Thursday, February 5, the St. Sahag and Mesrob Institute launched its deacons’ special program under the direction of Archdeacon Dr. George Leylekian. In accordance with His Holiness Catholicos Aram I proclamation of the year 2026 as the Year of Spiritual Renewal, Archdeacon George is presenting the online lecture series “The Apostolicity of the Armenian Church” over six weeks, every Thursday evening starting at 7 p.m. ET.

The first session opened with a prayer by His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan. The Prelate highly commended Archdeacon George’s expertise in Armenian Church liturgy and praised his zeal to share his wisdom with all those who love the Armenian Church and are ready to continue their education.
