His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan, Prelate, attended the first episcopal Divine Liturgy celebrated by His Grace Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan, Primate of the Eastern Diocese, at St. Vartan Cathedral on Saturday, October 14. Bishop Mesrop was ordained and consecrated as bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, at Holy Etchmiadzin on October 8.
