On Sunday, February 4, His Eminence Archbishop Anoushavan, Prelate, presided over a meeting with former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan and former ombudsman of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan and representatives of different community organizations.
The meeting was organized by the ARF Eastern Region Central Committee’s Public Relations Committee at the Eastern Prelacy headquarters. Both representatives of Artsakh offered a detailed update about the difficult situation of the enclave’s refugees following their forcible displacement as well as about the expected results of the meetings they had in Washington.
Afterwards, the Prelate participated in the meeting of Save Armenian Monuments (SAM) and the Armenian Bar Association with the visitors from Artsakh at the residence of SAM founder Virginia Davies. The Prelate is the honorary chairperson of SAM.
